"Trendy Gadgets" aren't seen as a big enough threat

This group has been scamming people mostly on Shopify, Facebook and Instagram via ads. After contacting each respective social media source regarding this scam, I was informed this wasn’t a big enough deal.

This group does not reply or send out anything they "sell". They avoid contact at all costs.

I did some research and found they may be Connecticut-based (via phone anyhow).

They go by "Trendy Gadgets Corp" on Facebook.

Doesn’t surprise me. Shopify, Facebook and Instagram are making money from the scammers ads. They are just as bad as the scammers. Google also often have ads for scammers, including myphonesupport ads
