I called Flight Assist and asked them why the number on their website doesn’t work. The first time, the guy outright hung up on me. The second time, he tried to say that it just hasn’t been updated. In the 4 years that he admitted that the website has existed. There’s also two websites that come up when you look up “flight assist”. Nothing about it seems legitimate.
