My family of 5 recently purchased flight tickets to attend my sister’s wedding in Canada.

I booked my flight through flightnetwork and never received my original confirmation email along with an eticket. Not anything in the spam folder or inbox.

And then I requested them to send the confirmation email along with my eticket but again I have never received anything back from them for 2 weeks.

A couple days later, I realized that one of the name spelling was incorrect and email them to change. All they said was pay the 100 dollar fee to change it
