Randall from Reservations Desk answered. I asked him nicely the name of the company and he said Century Miles. He said they book for two different airlines. After a few minutes I stopped playing nicely with him and we had a verbal tussle, and of course I WON! 
I’ll call again and bait whoever answers for the cost of airplane tickets.
