We have been tracking scammers for years. Early on we used a fairy sophisticated tracker based on Excel. It soon grew into a solid tracking tool. We would be interested in any innovative tracking tools team members might be using.
Objective would be to track scammers and phone numbers as soon as the targets emerge, identify their carriers, locations, TTP and any other relevant data

@MQ9#88121 I still use Excel. Earlier I used Microsoft OneNote. I am sure there is a better way.
In Excel I use [JohnTheScammer] brackets to enter scammer names to differentiate from other names. Also scam call center ISP IP in format [ISP 10.10.10.10]
@drwat#88131 The Excel sheet that we used previously had dialing capabilities and some pretty neat drop down menus for the various carriers. YMAX was the big dog in the old days. If you have another secure comm site other than this one pls advise.
