Extra Info:scammers leaving text messages regarding refund and trying to take remote access from anydesk,teamviewer,ultraviewer and crediting fake money is customers account and asking for gift cards and wire transfers for extra credited money back from the customers.
When you call this number with caller ID disabled, it rings and then the message says " Remote party is busy" .
They do answer the call with caller ID enabled. The guy denied being a scammer.
