On phone with them now for 51 minutes on Twitch— I heard someone in the background say that his customer had a virtual computer running and they needed to be watchful for virtual machines.

Oh yeah, scammers use exxelo a lot. It’s pretty common.

do they use teamviewer?

auth.php seems to have teamviewer built in, but I haven’t gone through a full scam yet.
