Oh well, here is google transcribed msg.

Since its not an entire message, it must be a robocall. You call it and a black woman answers sounding like she's one straw away from breaking her back and ending it all. This is despite being on donotcall registry forever and not having given them permission to call.

@H3lln0#80182 May I ask which number you called back? You posted two, one that was listed in the actual message and another- the original phone number which placed the call (most likely spoofed). If you called back the phone number which originally placed the call, and that lady answered, it’s almost guaranteed that the company changed their callerID before dialing you (as most scammers/telemarketers do now days).
