One way to tell Delhi/Noida/Gurgaon scammers from rest of India is that these months most are sniffling, coughing and have hoarse voice. Delhi thee months get very polluted and have breathing issues,cough and cold.
I called, scammer Vishant answered and he was coughing and had hoarse voice.
