I got a pop-up on my computer telling me there was a virus and that I have to call Microsoft to fix the problem. When I called 8006924168 the man on the line Ethan McCoy asked for a $499.99 to remove the virus and hackers. I got suspicious and hung up. They called themselves TechElite Technologies.

Sharing so that no one falls for them.

Did you hear any scammers talking in the background? He could be saying a fake company name to stay anonymous.
