Another USA-based Student Loan Scam that seems to be on a particularly large mass war-dialing campaign lately with new toll free numbers popping up nearly every day.
Their ad delivery, just like the student loan scam lead generator I've posted about frequently, is non-TCPA compliant, leaves either a prerecorded VM or an SMS from a spoofed CID with fake info about federal student loans, pretends to have personal info about the person called, and leaves a toll-free callback #.
the first 2 numbers, 18663011717 and 18662538228 are from Ari. He’s a robodialling / voice mail dropping service that many student loan scammers and cash advance scammers pay for making these outbound calls. Then it connects you to the actual scammers

Will have to play with them a little more to see if they hot-transfer to the same scam companies as our “I’m just a receptionist” girls. At very least they seem to buy/exchange lead lists from them. As that’s the only way I could’ve gotten their cold calls now.
@urlaub14#93448 I think the “I’m just a receptionist” girls are different. As far as I think these calls which start with an American man with a deep voice saying something and then asking you to press 1 for still in school, 2 for under 10k loans and 3 for above 10k loans - that’s Ari.
The "I'm just a receptionist" girls pick up right away. I think that means they are different and not using Ari but I'm not too sure.
