Once remotely connected to my virtual machine after falsely claiming I sent him the “wrong password,” the incredibly-impatient deafchod told me that I needed to install UltraViewer due to “issues with the server” before transferring the call to his “senior supervisor, Mark.”
- I was then asked to complete a “cancellation form” which they falsely claim was “verified by the Bank of America and U.S. Govt.” Once it was complete, the scammers obviously manipulated the results by falsely claiming I had received a “refund transaction of $5,400.”
- Normally, this would be where I would be asked to pay back the difference. However, since I continually refuse to verify what I see on my computer screen (as I personally find that fucking annoying), the chods called me a “n*gger” and told me never to call them again.
