@WarriorsFan#31244 Yeah, they have been up and down since I posted the number. I have gotten through twice since then and other times they simply pick up and say nothing, or just hang up. Like I said, I doubt we are dealing with any rocket scientists!

I have been on the phone with them for the past half an hour. Here is the recording. Good thing the first guy was an idiot cause I was spelling my name wrong. The second guy did not like being called a “Thief”. I think I hurt his little feewings. All the noise in the background, while I was on hold, was me folding laundry and changing the towels in the bathroom.

It made my laugh and it made my day. Sometimes I think nobody pays attention and wonder why I am doing this but then a comment like yours or 6flagsray comes along and it makes it all worth it. @6flagsray#31251 OMG, you sure do listen closely. Sometimes I wonder why I do this and then your comment comes along and I laugh like crazy and it makes it worth it. When my husband hears me say “Can I ask you a question, sir?” his eyes roll and he says’ OH NO, another one bites the dust". It is a joke now between us. I think this guy would have stayed on the phone for hours. I wish I had the time. You are truly my hero. ; )
