Two charges - $199.99 and 499.99 IIRC. The last one was from someone in Mexico. The guy I got was a real Brainiac, or at least he thought he was - and had no problem talking down to me regarding any and all things regarding Amazon and computers. Pushed a few of his buttons to get him good a juiced up -and then I think I pushed him over the edge when he said something like “If you listen to me, I will explain each and everything to you, but you need to shut up and stop acting like a smart ass”; and I replied that I was sorry and if anyone was being a smart ass, it was him and I was having fun listenening to him be one ;(
