Yeah, I’d called this just about 5 minutes before you posted the number here. I also saw it on the sub Reddit.
They are skittish. They answer with only “Hello” and I am guessing that they have been messed with today! 
Now this same number is a $100 Walmart gift card. I have had that happen before where the scam changes at times on the same scammer phone number to the GIFT CARD scam from some other type of scam.
I called again though and it was back to the PayPal gang with Alex Cooper answering, and he actually said “Hello, this is Alex Cooper at PayPal”. He pronounced his last name though as Gooper, and I asked how to spell Gooper and he spelled it as Cooper.
Yeah @Hviezdoslav , I think I heard other scambaiters in the background. Sounded like they were getting flooded maybe?
Maybe a LITTLE bit? Ha!
