They'll ask you to set an apt an hour or two from when you call so you can "meet with an expert"
Update;
Apt was long and tedious, if you mute for 30 minutes and come back to end it they call you again. They'll ask for information so be ready. Timeshare, how much you're paying, and they will ask again to keep you in check.
I messed up personally at that part since I was unprepared for a couple things, so look into it if you wanna mess with these guys.
