Robotic Phone Call. Clearly an IRS scammer.

It went straight to music on hold. I called 3 times with the same phone, while merging the calls. You can’t add a 4th call to the conference 
at least they stayed tied up for 3 minutes before it all dropped. It’s nice to find an active one. I’ve gotten blocked by three others today. Does anyone else call multiple scam numbers at the same time and Conference them?
As of 3/15, this number just rings busy.
