I’ve been strictly using sounds on the FireRTC board and I believe I have gotten “supervisors” involved as they put me on hold briefly and someone else comes on. Seriously, these people have supervisors? Are they there to ensure proper scamming tactics? And do troublesome calls like mine get forwarded to the higher-ups for review? I am thinking too much about this whole thing… but it does intrigue me!
