Active as of 10:40 AM. This one is a bit odd as you have to “state your name” so Google Voice can help you connect. I just play one of the sounds from the Fire soundboard and the phone starts to ring. When they answer, it starts with several beeps before they give the standard “Criminal Inwestigation Unit of the IRS, how may I help you?” intro. Regardless, I don’t think they like me very much!
Just call them. I love having fun with scammer like this .
“Ray Miller” is so mean. He keeps hanging up on me when I just wanna be his friend and get to know him 
Ray started to say "the reason for my call..." and I cut him off to remind him that it was actually me that called him! 😂😂😂😂
Now when I call I just say my name is Ray Miller.
Also Mike Anderson answers the phone too.
Man I heard David Williams in the background directing someone to go to the target parking lot and telling them not to talk to anyone about what they are doing.
I truly pray it was one one us stringing them along! 💔

I just got off the phone with “Ray Miller”. I told them that while I live in Buffalo, I am a Canadian citizen paying Canadian taxes… yet the IRS claimed I owe $9870.
