Their website has a fake installation page, which requires me to talk to a “live technician” on their LiveChat widget, where I will be screened before being asked to provide my name and contact number. In this case, I gave them my Google Voice line since I cannot receive calls on my PBX number.

I received a call from “Janice,” who used the Onvoy line (936) 909-3311, but she refused to “suppoat” after I asked her to provide the name of her company. As GeeksPro Software, they falsely claim to operate from a PakMail in Bakersfield, California.
