@kaliban48#52718 I’m dead he just keeps repeating the same shit over and over XD
lol I tried getting him to say something else but he just stuck with his script
https://phone.firertc.com/calls/5b999dd76865632c25020000/recording lol just listen to the last 20 seconds.
“it’s a legit business, you can check our website. because im not getting a valid response, i will have to disconnect this call. You can call our toll free number…”. lol, i followed up with another verizon call like @mangomonster#52747 , they were quick to disconnect… lmao. imma call them back tomorrow
It’s the bosses idea of the correct way to deal with ‘non-productive’ calls: don’t accept any deviation from the script. They’ve obviously been pranked up the wazzoo want to force their techs not to deal with only a “real” call for help.
@mangomonster#52747 Scammers her at techliveconnect.com always have a predictable reflexive response. Their owner Anuj Jain has told them to have Indian fake name (Pradeep in your audio clip). They are very big scammers out of Gurgaon, India.
I called them again and tried to get him triggered, but that’s basically impossible. In a way, it makes it funny how long they can keep their cool.

I tried calling them, they hung up after a minute of me “venting about my roblox account being banned” It was so funny!
I ran across this “expert” ‘Shanta’ also. He’s a real robot, however there are others at this number who are less likely to stick to the script. I got into a real “you’re a scammer! no I’m not” shouting match with one dude. Seems that all their “experts” are not with the program.

@mangomonster#52765 “Staying cool” is part of the air of faux-professionalism they want to project. Getting verbally, seriously in-your-face with them is the best approach.
@Puyodead1#52840 How were you able to make calls using fireRTC?
