Ok so here’s a new one. I lived in an apartment a few blocks away, moved out in 2016. My friend still lives there. I started getting calls for him (?) The number is 803-761-9172. The VM asked for him specifically (?) They asked for a callback. They said that they were trying to recover an overdue bill. I just got the VM, imma start calling. Has anyone else seen this before?
