These serial robocallers have been at this for months and have changed their name to “Total Health” & “ACA enrollment center”, with multiple slight variation voicemails as well as menus on their area code numbers where the identify themselves as “the Health subsidy program”.
A few weeks ago the were answering as Health enrollment center on both of their toll free callback numbers
None of these area code robocall numbers connect at this time, the call drops after following the ivr menu prompt on every number.
It makes no sense to have thousands of active numbers when they could just neighbor spoof the same robocall with the callback numbers in the voicemail.

I suspect these numbers could be activated at any time as there are thousands of them.

This is one of the variations of their current robocall voicemail message being blasted out by the millions.

There is another variation where they reference this callback number 833-867-3774 in this thread.

Both numbers have been active for several months and it sounds like a very large boiler room US call center

On the subject of Health enrollment center all of these numbers were some of the original 492 Auto parts numbers which also had several dozen travel scam numbers which routed to the same call center at the time

They now have had a multitude of different scams on them in the almost 2 years since they were all decimated with many millions of calls, some which kept their voicemail system busy overnight when they were so flustered they often left dozens of numbers active at the end of the day.

These numbers have had dozens of different scams on them, lasting days or weeks before going silent once more. Camp Lejeune, fake Johnson & Johnson talcum/baby powder class action, fake baby formula class action, fake Paraquat class action, tax relief center and health enrollment center.

The last month or so many of them have come back to life with another bullshit Health enrollment center and tax relief centre scams
There was also 7 numbers all routing to the same place calling themselves Financial relief hotline active until this week. These numbers all still have active menus, but disconnect after the ivr menu prompt is followed

Received a call from (607) 562-1629 about a few thousands in subsidies, you can actually call (607) 562-1629 back, here are the recordings of their $6400 subsidy offer:

(833) 867-3774 given as a callback for any “questions”

Also (844) 982-4913 given as a callback but they don’t wanna talk…

The toll free number is already listed above in the link

They also have this number I came across

8774400298 Health enrollment center (amongst the many things they call themselves from day to day)

Another robocall: Vocaroo | Online voice recorder

From number (626) 544-9884 which you can actually call back.

There are tens of thousands of these numbers all over the place I come across every day.
You can’t call any of them back.
You may be able to call a number back if they have called you and your caller ID is in their outbound robocall system, otherwise every number will disconnect and drop the moment you press 1.

The name they call themselves will change from call to call, along with the fake person narrating on the menu. They call themselves Wellness Bridge, Vital Steps, Healthy Vibes, Thriving Health amongst other things

If you call their toll free call back number, you get a real genius on the other end trying to come to grips with the English language :rofl:
