Got an answer. It’s the “Social Security Administration”
I flooded their lines a few times also critical of goat questions.
Just got a weird busy signal 
They are a major operation, we need to blow these people up. I hear possibly a hundred scammers. Get of FireRTC and waste their time.
I was about to post about this number… I kept harassing them the minute I got their automated message. Insulted them in Hindi, ordered food from them, specifically Mango Chutney, and Beef Tika… complimented the female scammer on her sexy voice… so they may have abandoned that number… don’t know.
