I have been reading about your new Recording feature which is no doubt a fantastic inprovement to an already great tool thats really giving these scammers a hard time…
I went into my Preferences to Enable it, and set it up to keep my recordings for 48 hours.
The question is how do I Start Recording?
I look at the recording page and there is nothing listed, and I can't see a record function/button on the dial out page on BobRTC.
I'm using Chrome if that helps.
All other features are fine. I have cleared my cookies as per the last big Web Page Upgrade.
We did a partial rollout of recordings which allows you to playback calls that you've made. All you need to do is enable recordings in your preferences screen. Then refresh any tabs you may have left open so that they will pick up the setting. Your calls will be recorded while that option is enabled.
Maintenance work was going on last night with recordings that led us to queue up a bunch of recordings waiting for conversion to MP3. The maintenance work was completed this morning and all the queued work has been process and posted to everyone's accounts.
