Anyone subscribing to the company…beware. I subscribed in Jan 2017 to help with computer software issues. The phone number was 1-855-514-1192. They remotely go online and supposedly fix you problems. They messed up my system so I had to take it back to the place I bought it. They had to wipe the hard drive and reload Windows 10. I had to reload all my programs over again. That also removed the link and program so they could no longer get on my computer. After a while I started getting phone calls from them. I blocked the number. They are after e again today, different number 1-214-748-3647. They told me they wanted to reimburse my fee and knew how much it was. They had my email, name and phone number. They said in order to get reimbursed I had to let them back on my computer. I said NO! They said they had to remove the program. I told them it was gone and they did not have to have access to my system to reimburse me. They said the program was on my motherboard. I still said no they he said fine but your computer is going to crash in 2-3 days. I contacted Microsoft support. They said that can not happen. Didn’t think so but ant to make sure. While I was online with Microsoft they called me again from 768-435-6789. I told them to stop and he just yelled. I hung up. Another number called 1 min later. 1-725-168-5356. I did not answer. I did call the original number and got a man by the name of Kumar who took all the information and said they have not been hacked. I see that same name on other complaints as one of the names calling people. Who are these people? They need to be stopped. What ever you do not let them have access to your computer. Do not give out and personal information.
