These scammers have a unique structure I’ve never come across.
You receive a text like the one given, and once the “Apple Pay” support team gets your banking information, they offer to transfer your call to the Insert Bank Name customer support line.
Once transferred to the Insert Bank Name customer support they coerce you into sending your driver’s license, front and back of debit card and even social security card to the number (also given below)
These scammers will then transfer the line to the “FTC” I have no doubt all three of these departments reside within the same building.
