I sent a response and this is what I got. So I sent another response to the fake law firm.
The phone number does not work and of course we don’t use the word solicitor in the USA.
According to Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce, there is a law firm called Patterson Law Group at 1617 Park Place Avenue in Fort Worth, TX 76110. While the suite number differs (Suite 110FF vs. 110-JA), the address is otherwise the same. They focus on personal injury and car accident cases. There is no such law firm as Patrick Bailey. The phone number for the San Fran office is not correct either. 817 is a DFW area code. The building in San Fran is a government owned Federal building.

I absolutely love wasting their time. I cannot believe people fall for this. All it takes to prove it a scam is to look at the date format, the words they use, and the grammar. Plus a brief Google search on the names and addresses. I am sure they are salivating thinking that they have me on the hook.
Your email is well received but as a matter of urgency we can’t wait until you drive to our office about an hour or half before we can carry out the process in your name because we have lots of clients waiting and to save your time we advise you send your ID card immediately via email so we can start the process without delay, also we shall need the payment either western union or moneygram transfer.

I was at your building on 1617 Park Place and your offices are not located there. I spoke with building security and they said that there were no law offices by your name located there. I looked on the building map and your office was not there. At the suite that you gave was listed a Jason Amon Law. I went there and spoke to them and them and they said that they had been there for quite awhile and never heard of you.It was a shared office with a group called Ensemble. I tried your phone number and it is disconnected.
I will be in Ft. Worth in the morning. I can drop the check off then if you give me the correct address.
