My aunts have been getting several calls claiming to lower their electric bill because they have been “paying their bills when necessary”. I don’t know if this post would be helpful, but I just wanted to raise awareness about this because these scammers pretend to be National Grid (an American home-heating/powering company). I don’t want people to fall for this because I can’t see National Grid doing this.
