From Steven Yates on the twitter machine. This guy (“Andrew”, who later told me his name is "Sul-Tan, as in Sultan but pronounced in segments) was originally CRA but now is SSA or…whatever he feels like being when he answers the phone.

Completely unhinged. Destroy him.

@pleazbonline#82090 I have seen shard CRA/SSA call centres before, I presume they open a script based on the area code of your phone number as appears on callerID.
