Text to "help" with owing the IRS?

Somehow they have my actual name? I received a text: “Hi (my full name), do you still owe the IRS? Call now to prevent collection & reduce what you owe. Cant talk? Txt 877 to chat with a live agent. Text STOP to stop.”

I wanted to sign them up for Cat Facts but that costs $ and I'm new to annoying scammers. I don't owe the IRS anything and don't know how they got my number. Haven't tried calling them at all. Has anyone had an experience with this or feel free to mess with them. :) Thanks 1-833-522-4850
