im not sure there is a windows key, and im not sure what PrtSysRq actually is… also i havnt called these guys yet so im not sure what they are asking for 
@1888TechLineOfficial#43530 there is no way i can find the web address as a random ad appears every time i try and load up the site… they are very sly with this as you cant just click on a link and phone them up, its got to be a legit encounter…
