They just sent a second one to the same number about an hour later.
Automatted call asks full details card number, expiry, cvc, pincode etc

It stops at asking for an otp, that never shows up.
It’s probably just phishing for card numbers. It knows when a number is invalid (probably running the Luhns algorithm) but will take any other fake information. The apple pay part is weird, maybe the system is attempting automated test charge? But it hangs up after being given the OTP with “card has been reactivated”

This was my reason for reporting as sent to Telnyx
This customer is running a fraudulent SMS scheme that tells victims to call this number. The number then asks for the victims credit card information and an OTP before saying "your card is deactivated" and hanging up. This is meant to steal credit card information from unsuspecting victims who think they're calling their card company and will hand over all the information including credit card number, expiry date and CVV which would enable the fraudsters to use the card to defraud the victim. A recording of a call with the IVR reading back all the game testing information can be sent upon request.
