I AM UNABLE TO SCAN THE PROGRAM, AS IT IS DOWNLOADED FROM THE MICROSOFT STORE!

I found a lot of ads, and suspicious networking on wireshark and glasswire

i would recommend:

  1. using Rkill program to remove all suspicious activities(you can skip it if you dont want to do it. It wont do that much of an diference)
  2. after using Rkill(if used), uninstall the TenBrouser
  3. use malwareBytes or any type of antivirus to scan the full computer

I would recommend the following:

  1. Uninstall TenBrowser.
  2. Run AdwCleaner (free download) to remove adware, PUPs, browser hijackers, search toolbars, and unwanted browser extensions installed by TenBrowser.

Of course, if your computer is still infected, as @BitorBit said, you may run Malwarebytes to remove the malwaare.
