I only saw one reference on this site to this firm, but the American Income Life Insurance Company appears to be linked in a call I received today. It used the same Hawksnetworks.com/Merkavoix.com Pakistan call center links to so many other calls.
Prior employees complain a lot about this place with phrases like “The Meat Grinder of telemarketing” & Zip Recruiter even has posts from the company, saying how you can work from home as a sales rep with commission-based compensation. They are headquartered in Waco TX but the one ad I am seeing is for the West Covina, CA location. This also is where it appears my caller today is employed.
The call came from another Peerless Network number of 440-283-3941. This number was already marked as spam by my carrier.
Peerless was notified once again. - and it promptly went into the Peerless blackhole of ignorance.
With today’s complaint, I reference the FTC Cease & Desist letter Peerless received last year, see: https://www.ftc.gov/system/files/ftc_gov/pdf/pointofnoentry-peerlessceasedesistletterfinaljms.pdf and I included the complaint I sent to Peerless as being CC’d to the FTC attorneys who were assigned to the last issue: Fil Maria de Banate and Christian M. Capece. Their email addresses are listed on the FTC C&D demand letter PDF.
This call was one of those burial insurance cold calls.
You can trace the agents using websites like Agent Status and https://cdicloud.insurance.ca.gov/cal/LicenseDetail . Both sites will list all the license registrations, even inactive ones.
