I have recently been investigating techtous.com, a tech support center out of Connecticut. The website is well designed, their zendesk staff seem friendly, and the people who answer your call are cheerful Americans and ready to help you. however, I remember reading somewhere that they are a scam. I can’t remember where, though. Am I remembering correctly, or are they a legit company? Please let me know. Thanks! -mike
