Extra Info: They are the real scammers. They scammed my uncle twice of 700$ and 500$. They misrepresent their company by using the name of Microsoft and Sometimes HP. I will find them , i have already reported this scam with BBB and FBI. My uncle is not well and he trusted these scammers blindly. He is 76 years old and not so Tech savy.
