anyone knows a sip softphone to call to belgian numbers like firertc, but firertc can only make calls to us numbers

They are advertising this as there main website https://upclick.com/ but there are also a how load of other websites that have the same contact details:

I have also done check and this business does not come up as a registered business.
I also ask them for there Registration Number but they refuse to provide this.

Also I asked the lady if she was a scammer and she said yes.
