Scammer will have you run dir/s, then claim your network was hacked to make an “illegal visit” to poker.com. You will then be asked to run msconfig so they can claim “all Microsoft services” should be running.
They will then ask if you do online banking or shopping before running a “software update.” You will then be asked to provide your address and banking information (I gave false info)
