Their address listed points to a shopping mall - Marley Station Mall, 7900 Ritchie Hwy, Glen Burnie, MD 21061 however the directory for the mall does not show that name anywhere.

I called the guy up - saying that I brought my computer over to the mall to have them replace a blown power supply, and couldn't find them anywhere. He said that nobody is working because of the virus thing - so I, i a sort of confused voice, said "But there appears to be no trace of your company anywhere in the mall, and it is not listed on the mall directory"? He hung up.
Called back, asking where to bring my computer for service. He said he could fix it over the phone. "How do you replace a power supply over the phone"? He said it was probably just a virus, and he could fix that over the phone. So, again, I asked "How do you fix a computer over the phone that won't even turn on because the power supply is bad"? Click - he hung up again. Now he won't answer any of my calls :(
