@FIREFIGHTER619 this is weird, is this recording from them? why did he say traveldesk then corrected himself by saying Microsoft support? there site isn’t even trying to impersonate microsoft, they pretend to sell antivirus software.
I think he forgot what company he was. LOL
Quite often these call centres have a lot of groups all working in sections doing different scripts. I’ve got blocks of numbers which route to the same operation running everything from auto parts scams, fake airline reservations, Facebook, TicketMaster and every refund script.
These scammers swap scripts often daily getting all sorts of confused what company they’re working for today.
Many of them resort to the fallback when they fuck it up that MacAfee PayPal and Facebook are all the same since the Microsoft/Apple corporation bought them all out
