Based on a call I had with them yesterday, I compiled some info about them into a google slide: 24-7livehelps info doc - Google Slides
They also left three files on my computer that are suppose to be the network protection they are providing me. One of them seems to be a legitimate antivirus program (Webroot) that they installed and used their own license key for. I’m not tech savvy enough to decompile and thoroughly investigate them, but the other two seem to be bogus programs that are suppose to look like security but do nothing in reality. The icon for one of the programs is a stock image, and the other I can’t find any trace of on the internet (titled “Firewall Encryption.exe” and “Network Security.exe” respectively).
At 4:55 pm Central, Friday, Nov. 12, 2021, I called (844) 613-1969 but at this time it is not answering.
Thanks for the link to what you created and for creating this thread, @Maoiser. When I clicked the link, I see the various phone numbers and your comments about them. Thanks very much! I’ll try some of the numbers in red font to see if they are active still at this time.
