I got a call this morning, saying that they are from Team Microsoft Support, but my caller ID show as “private number”. They keep asking to talk to the main computer user at home. I told them everyone in the household own there own computer and asked whom they want to talk to or they can leave me there number so that when my husband back home, he will return their call. But they seems not willing to provide their number. Insisted saying that they believe I am also the main computer user at home. Ok than, I said yes and asked what they want. They told me due to I recently download stuffs, online banking and online shopping, my computer is in danger. I was transfer to speak to their supervisor to help me solve the problem, all I need to do is to turn on the computer and he will walk in through. I am in doubt and insisted to ask for a call back number. But they keep saying that it will just take me 10-15 min to completed. Finally, I said I need to go and hang up, so they provide me with 1-888-983-0807.
