I put them on a conference calls and they started talking together for a few seconds. By the time one scammer said to the other, “I didn’t call you”, I hung up. So after I hung up, they spoofed Microsoft’s phone number - and their caller ID. I didn’t pick up. Give them what I gave them (conference call). Conference call them by dialing without any codes and then add a call starting star-82 and then dial the scammer number. Then mute your mic on the call. That way they’ll interact with each other. They block numbers that use star-67. I always use star-67 to protect myself and it used to work on the scammers but doesn’t anymore. Hopefully it’ll work again. If it does for you, show me how you got it to work and I will follow your steps.
