I called them and I said I have a wirus, so he instantly sees what I’m doing and says “I have to hang up this is a prank call I have to hang up for my safety”. The second time I called he had a sad voice and told me to take it to the ‘Micro store’ and get it fixed. He was adorable for not scamming me tho.

I called again and a girl answered and asked for the number on the popup, I said their number and she said 'We aren’t Microsoft, Microsoft never calls customers saying they have a virus. We are scammers." I told her I hope she has a nice day for not scamming kdjguewu
