then he was supposed to connect me to a tech but hhung up on me instead
i called back and said i got disconnected
the guy aske what i needed
i said i need my printer working
the guy hung up and blocked me
I think this is the same call center as other ones mentioned, first time trying to call my call was rejected… Unless it’s down now.
called me from a different number, (the connection was really bad) and after I told him I got a popup he said ok take care and hung up. lolololol

Called these guys. First time I said my printer exploded and it burnt down my apartment and I was homeless. The he hung up. Second I called I said i needed printer support and they hung up and blocked me.
Took 2 mins to block me.
