She said hackers have attacked my network. She says the service of helping me is free and is of no cost to me. To connect with the “secure Microsoft server” she had me press the Windows key and the R key simultaneously and type “iexplore desktophelp.live” and this brings up in the browser the web page with the URL https://desktophelp.live/ and she asked me my name. I gave a fake name Blaine Hodge and she gave me the code 39934 to enter into the “Join with the Code” textbox.

Yeah @Bapu and @MajorLeeAwesome, they are getting angry and are not so arrogant at this point. I have spoken to Ron also a number of times as well as Leah, Nancy, Christine, Mark, and Mike, as well as others I think. They seem to know that we are making a concerted effort to mess with 'em!

Just called them and they claim to be Wells Fargo, and that they are working in Hong Kong. Interesting.
