He just kept on saying that he was microsoft. Than when I confronted him and told him that I new his IP address he just wrote some random numbers on a notepad. Sadly he was using a VPN located in New York. The IP that he used was 192.168.64.1:5353 in case you want to add that to a mental database of VPN addresses.
