I spoke with Frank because I bought a new printer and when installed, it would not let me put in the ink cartridges. frank said that my computer need to be fixed and that would fix the printer problem.
So I said ok and the computer was fixed according to your company and the printer still did not work.
I should not have to pay when I was told it would fix my printer and it did not.
Next I was told that I need AVG internet security. I told frank that I have Norton for FREE from my internet company.
and after all he charged my $999.99 usd with My checking account to fix all this
i have tried everything but still after one month i can`t get my money back eventhough i called my bank aswell
they scam me on the name of Hewlett Packard
Don’t worry, I will get revenge on him ;). No Indian under my watch shall harm an American!
