272-207-1708 is answerin’ … Each time one of these guys answers, even though I can understand their foreign accent when they speak English, after their “Hello, Microsoft, Whoever speaking” I say, “Remove the [expletive] from your mouth BEFORE you try to enunciate each and every word in English.” Each one of them informs me with a very serious voice that the phone call is being recorded and that such behavior will not be tolerated. I reiterate that same sentence verbatim and then he again informs me that this is Microsoft and that such language is not okay. I reiterate that same sentence, and finally he hangs up.
